These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Sudoku Takumi" (ナンプレ職人) (the "App") provided by delhiberry ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relations between you and us regarding the App. Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle user information, forms part of these Terms.
The App is distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Where these Terms conflict with the terms of the store you used, the store's terms prevail for matters of purchase, distribution and refunds.
When using the App, you must not:
You retain the rights to the content you register in the App, such as your nickname and the puzzles you create or import ("user content"). You grant us the right to use it to the extent necessary to provide and improve the App.
If we determine that user content violates these Terms, we may hide or delete it without prior notice and may restrict the account concerned. If you find inappropriate content, please use the reporting function in the App or contact us at the address below.
The App offers a paid subscription, "Premium", which removes advertising and lifts the limits on certain features.

Premium is tied to the store account used for the purchase and to your account in the App. If you change devices, use "Restore purchases" on the purchase screen to resume access.
The App displays advertising so that it can be offered free of charge. How information related to advertising is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the App and in the programs, images, text and logos it contains belong to us or to the respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Printed pages: Pages printed from the App that show an original puzzle of the App (official puzzles) may be freely copied and distributed by anyone, anywhere and for any purpose, as long as they are distributed free of charge with the QR code, logo and notice kept (including resized or black-and-white copies and sharing as a PDF; handing them out in classes, lessons and facilities is welcome). You may not sell such pages or include them in books, puzzle collections or other products for sale. For pages showing puzzles added by scanning or manual entry, please follow the copyright terms of the original puzzle.
We may change the App, or suspend or discontinue it, without prior notice. We are not liable for damage arising from such changes. If we discontinue the paid subscription, we will handle it in accordance with the rules of the stores.
We do not warrant that the App is fit for your particular purpose, that it has the functions, accuracy or usefulness you expect, or that it will be free of defects.
Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from your use of the App. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in relation to the App during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
Records stored only on your device may be lost if the App is deleted or if the device is reset or fails. We recommend registering an account and syncing any records you care about.
We may amend these Terms as necessary. We will announce significant changes in the App or on this page. By continuing to use the App after a change, you agree to the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute between you and us relating to the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
